It is sobering to reflect that one of the best ways to get yourself a reputation as a dangerous citizen these days is to go about repeating the very phrases which our founding fathers used in the struggle for independence.
Apathy, Ignorance, and Tolerance
At first we know we have instruction through the very Constitution of the United States, and here in we are saved from ignorance.
Because of apathy, the American People, by and large are ignorant of the very document that gave birth to this Nation. The very document that is the lifeblood that has sustained us over 200 years.
Because of ignorance we have let our elected officials dictate laws that are surely to do harm to the future of America. The freedoms we now enjoy are being taken away.God help our children and their generation. WE by not knowing, because of apathy and ignorance, through tolerance we have let our guard down as a Nation of free people.Truely here, the sins of the fathers will wreak havoc on our children.
Ignorance of the laws of Government, Ignorance of the way Government works, from the White House, the Judiciary and the Congress down.
We have become ill informed of elected officials voting habits, ill informed of core issues of the day. Again, because of this apathy, our rights, freedoms, and your purse are constantly picked and robbed. Not all at once, but over time, until you are left in the wilderness of confusion, doubt and mis-trust of both your Government and fellow Americans.
We all have available to us the great facts of the constitution, and this is no small blessing. Myriads of our fellow Americans are unaware of even the first principles of the document. Scarcely knowing what our founding fathers intent was.
We have become tolerant of new laws passed that infringe our rights. Laws and bills so voluminous in nature that even our elected officials do not, and have not read through all the pages. Bills and laws so voluminous in nature that it is easily capable of inserting laws, by unscrupulous means that harm or abridge our rights.
By not reading, over time, and discussing these bills as Statesmen, congress signs away your Constitutional rights one by one.
We the People must ask ourselves two questions:
One: How can our representatives vote on and pass laws and bills they themselves have not fully read or discussed?
Two: How can We the People not speak out in mass berating our leaders from doing such a dirty deed?
They do it because there will be no backlash. This, my fellow Americans, is the way rights, freedoms, and tax dollars are squandered, pilferaged, and infringed on. Little by little until there are none left.
This is how, and this is why, there is a New States Constitution waiting in the wings. Abhorrent as that may sound, it is there and waiting to replace our very constitution.
This is how, and this is why a new Constitutional Convention is only two states away from convening to usher in this new constitution. 32 out of 34 have now called for this Convention.
We now say: We know, we know, we know, we should have spoken out. Too late the damage is done. Carnage to our very constitution has just taken place.
How do we now change this? We the People must not hesitate, or fear, or doubt, not for a moment. Our conviction must be firm. We have instruction, our Constitution. We have the words, the writings and the warnings of our Founding Fathers, and here we are saved from the ignorance that befalls the great majority. Congress must answer to the American People.
For We the People now say: We know the works of the Constitution. We know that as far as instruction is concerned, we are not left in the dark. We have weighed and studied these words for ourselves. We know not merely the facts, but the reason of those facts.
By uniting as one we can bring this nation back from the depths of despair. Re- lighting the torch of Liberty and becoming the Shepard's of the land, not eep ready to be sheared..
Through truth we expose those who lied their way into office and power. Through law, they will be removed.
The law of the land will be certain, if our Constitution be saved.
Please take a moment and Join Patriot Freedom in this momentous time. Lets all unite and light that torch of liberty together.

BROKEN ARROW
 Patriot Freedom believes it is time that We the People declare Broken Arrow in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Partial Representation, mis-representation, or no representation at all seems to be the norm these days of our elected officials in every branch of Government.
Broken Arrow can best be described as a military term meaning: A code phrase that a ground unit is facing imminent destruction from enemy attack and all available air forces within range are to provide support immediately. Also can be used to describe accidental events involving nuclear weapons.
In either case, the term means immediate attention, Patriot Freedom will now use it to describe the current condition of our Elected Officials.
Squabbles, bickering, and accusations every day between the aisles of both Houses must stop. We the People did not elect school children to represent us. We elected what we thought were statesmen; Men and women with moral backbone, Statesmen who know the code of right and wrong within them, Representatives who choose to vote on principles of the good of all America, and not one party.
Our elected officials continue to erode the faith of the American people on a daily basis.
A senator should, must, not only represent the State in which he was elected to the best of his ability, but also represent America as a whole, according to the U.S. Constitution. Not being a false leader with only party affiliation. Not Democrat, not Republican, not Independent, but United States Senator or Congressmen. Representing all America and what is best for it as a whole.
Watching our leaders today. The American people do not see, nor do they even sense a bit of respect for our officials. Our elected leaders have lost that respect and trust.
A sense of losing values permeates across this land as never before. Patriot Freedom wishes to restore those values. Values America holds dear. Patriot Freedom wishes to help restore our faith in our Elected Officials and for our Elected Officials to help restore their faith and dignity in themselves and their own high responsibilities. Large or big business seems to be what Congress represents these days. Wall Street, Banking institutions, selects few individuals, is what congress represents. All of We the People see that and we were hoping some of our Elected Officials would stand upright to counter the wave of indifference, but you did not! You sank under pressure, you gave in. You compromised your principles over what was the right thing to do. You blatantly voiced your opposition to the majority of the American People, by passing a financial recovery bill without even reading or discussing it, Regardless of what the future of it might do. You let yourselves be persuaded by fear (False Evidence Appearing Real).
As stated earlier We the People see and hear quite clearly now. We see our leaders, whom we elected, acting with no regard to the founding fathers conformity with original intent. Patriot Freedom now asks the citizens of the United States to use the soapbox as a platform to speak to our Elected Officials to voice your opinions and questions. The time has arrived to restore faith, honor, and integrity in both houses of our Government. We ask and encourage all of our Elected Representatives to join in with their responses and to become the Individual Statesman this Country deserves, just as our Founding Fathers were.
It is time to unite our Nation. Not time to undo the very glue that binds this Nation together, our people, our Constitution, or trust. It is not too late. Let us unite our voices. Remember, when the people lead, the government will follow.

 The Financial Rape of the American People
Thomas Jefferson made the following quote: The system of banking is a blot left in all our constitutions, which if not covered will end in their destruction. I sincerely believe that banking institutions are more dangerous then standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity is but swindling futurity on a large scale.
How true is this statement in looking at the situation around us today. The Financial Rape of the American people is just the beginning. Don't think otherwise. This bail-out, tarp monies, or whatever name the politicians and bankers give it, will forever be known by Patriot Freedom as the FINANCIAL RAPE of the American people and our children by these expert economists.
The CEO's of all these institutions should very well be moved from their jobs. The institutions should be allowed to fail. The Federal Reserve should be held responsible as well as the S.E.C. (Security and Exchange Commission), for a dismal job of overseeing, or turning a blind eye.
Fear Tactics
First of all, lets describe fear in these terms: False Evidence Appearing Real. The Federal Reserve is an expert in these tactics.They will have all to believe, including our Congress and Senate that immediate measures must be taken. This is the rush to judgment tactic. Keep this crisis and only this crisis in the forefront of all others. Let the nation not talk of any other issues but this. Lets all react to this crises right here right now. Lets not discus Iraq, healthcare, and other pending bills. Lets talk 100% economy. This way, the Federal Reserve gets its wish once again to be forefront of any other importance. Their desire to accomplish something else probably not related to these current crises.
By using fear tactics and rush to judgment, Congress and the Senate are not given enough time to learn of, debate, and vote on the best possible remedy to fix this economic crises. The Fed, even using our newly elected President, urges this immediate fix.
Patriot Freedom dose not condemn our Senate and Congress. Patriot Freedom does not point blame on our newly elected President. They, as most all other Americans, are being duped by false evidence appearing real (fear).
Most of our top banking officials, also at the mercy of the Federal Reserve, sits in the bewilderment before our Congress as insults and blame are tossed around. So, enter the Federal Reserve once again, this time with the solution. The solution to the problem they themselves created…Tarp, Tarp with no oversight. Free money if you will.
Patriot Freedom asks our President to please revisit the 1920 recession/ depression. Yes, the 1920 recession. Read how President Warren Harding, whose policies raised the American standard of living, drastically reduced the unemployment rate, and raised the Nation itself out of a depression.
President Harding used a non- interventionist policy; Patriot Freedom asks President Obama to Not Use F.D.R. policy, which caused a great depression using the same policy put forth today, but re-visits Warren Harding. This is by far in the best interest of all Americans.

Crime of the Century
The New Constitution a Dire Warning
As of this writing, there are only 2 States needed to call for a new Constitutional Convention. When those additional two states join the other 32 the Crime of the Century will in effect begin to take place. The United States of America as we know it today, as it has been for over 233 years, will have come to an end. All that the founding Fathers have done, all the blood spilled over the years, the Boston Massacre, Lexington and Concord, through World Wars one and two, and onward to today, will all been for naught. All the freedoms you have now will be governed by the Government. You will basically be controlled in all areas of your daily lives.
No longer will the U.S.A. be a beacon of light on a hill, but a darken land to avoid. The People of the United States will no longer form a perfect union. Justice will not be established, domestic tranquility will no longer exist, our defenses will be weakened, and we will be a welfare state. The blessing of liberty and posterity will be for the very few. The elite and the lawmakers
Freedom of Speech as we know it today will be monitored. A Political correct fairness doctrine will take care of that.
The new Financial Rape or bail out as some call it, pales in comparison to the New Constitution. All the wars ever fought for in this great Nation pales in comparison. Our soldiers always came home to a free country, with free speech, America always rebounded and became both financially strong and culturally strong. Immigrants from all corners of the world still dreamed and flocked to this land of the free and home of the brave.
Our constitution held it all together. Though we were never perfect; we were growing stronger in all areas. New laws over time enabled more and more people full rights, as well as it should have.
Arts and culture, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of travel, gun ownership, and a myriad of other freedoms are now all in jeopardy.
World wars attempted to change us- They Failed
Hitler dreamed of a Nazi U.S.A.- He failed
Outside enemies want to change us- They fail
Yes, there have always been enemies outside our gates. Today we are dealing with enemies inside our gates. Some are walking the halls of our Senate and House of Representatives, Others in high places of Government. Who are these select few individuals who want to strip your God given rights? Take off your masks and let us see.
If there ever was a time in our Nation, now is that time. All We the People, must speak out, Shout out. If not now, when? If not you, who?
You must now fight with voices loud. You must write your elected leaders, millions of you. (All e-mail, addresses and phone numbers in our Government links section) Flood the airwaves with your outrage.
Do not let the select few take away the rights of millions of Americans, because of the silence of the masses. Remember, one loud voice has more power than a million who are silent.
Stop this call for a new Constitutional convention. It is more important then the economic threat, more important that any other item on the table. This is a direct threat to the future of this Great Nation. You, your family, and all you know must be made aware.

Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean failed to vet and certify Barack Hussein Obama to forty-nine of the fifty states, and still Obama ended up on the ballot and in the White House.Yet as Obama takes a wrecking ball to America day after day, there is not one legitimate patriot in Congress, the courts or the legal profession, who is willing to come forward on behalf of the people and the future of American freedom.
Thousands of attorneys, living in pricey gated communities and rubbing elbows with the rich and famous on private jets and yachts, could afford to take this case to the Supreme Court pro-bono. But not ONE of them will risk their high dollar lifestyle or their rich and famous communist friends for the outdated idea of freedom and liberty. However, Attorney Mario Apuzzo has put countless pro bono hours into his case, Kerchner v. Obama & Congress, only to be threatened with sanctions so as to intimidate anyone else from challenging Obamas eligiblity and failing to address the constitutional crisis which is now squarely upon us.

July 9, 1868  This is the date when the 14th Amendment was ratified. This amendment codified into law what Lincoln had forced at bayonet point. Until then, people were only deemed citizens of their respective states. The Constitution nowhere referred to people as "US citizens." It only recognized "the Citizens of each State." Notice also that citizenship was only recognized among the "several States," not among people living in non-State territories. Until the 14th Amendment, people were "Citizens of each State." (Article. IV. Section. 2. Paragraph. 1.) The 14th Amendment created a whole new class of persons: "citizens of the United States." This false notion of "one nation" overturned the Jeffersonian principle that our nation was a confederated republic, a voluntary union of states. FULL STORY HERE
An American government that rules in open and deliberate violation of the Constitution is no longer legitimate.
Now that the Democrats have committed this act, they openly, directly, and deliberately govern outside the Constitution; the social and political contracts will have been broken. The Constitution embodies our nations binding decision on how to be governed. Outside of it, there is no consent of the governed, there is no duty to obey a usurper government, and there is a duty incumbent upon all who have sworn the Oath or said the Pledge.
Their power, being no longer based in the Constitution which we swear to preserve, protect, and defend, will be based solely on the coercive organs of the State; the gun, the truncheon, the manacle, and the power to make people disappear.
This is no small thing they are attempting. And it will not be forgiven in return for a hypocritical promise to be good next time. You can't be a little bitpregnant, or a little bit of a dictator. Once the process is started; it must be carried through to the end, or aborted by an outside force.
So yes, laugh at her. But be wary. For within we may be literally dealing with an illegitimate government, run by usurpers of the Constitution. And serious choices will have to be made by Americans.
