I wanted to give you all some disturbing information on our wonderful president. I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation which provides hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses. This past weekend we had our annual banquet/fundraiser event in Starkville. As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube, a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have much of a chance for survival to come. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE. Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us. Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of news we all will receive next. You're just starting to see the Obamanation. Your religion is on the list next. I don't know about you, but this makes me furious.
What a rotten thing to do by the "commander-in-chief". And I'm afraid we ain't seen nothin yet.

Let me get this straight. Obama's health care plan is being written by a committee whose Chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress which hasn't read it, signed by a President who smokes and can't kick the habit, funded by a Treasury Chief who did not pay his taxes, overseen by a Surgeon General who is grossly obese, and financed by a country that is nearly broke. What could possibly go wrong?

Letter to Editor about Rep. Langevin D-Rhode Island
It is a known fact that Congressman James Langevin was
dealt a very unfortunate hand in his life with the tragic accidental
shooting at the Warwick Police station at the age of sixteen. That
accident has left him paralyzed from the waist down, but by the
Grace of God and with thousands of religious church going people
or parishioners praying for him at that time he survived.
Now some of you may say "NO" not God, not prayers but doctors
saved his life, is fine with me. That is certainly your right to believe
in that theory.
However, in this free willed society , we of many different faiths
have the right to believe in a much "Higher Being".<< by the way,
this right also seems to disappear a little more on a daily basis,
with this Obama administration >>.
We believe through our faith, that faith helps us make conscious decisions
about our life, or how we behave and make decisions about our life.
If you believe in a God and whatever GOD that is,
that Supreme Being is helping with the molding, guiding and
shaping of not only our own destiny but that of all mankind.
It is great when the parties on both sides of a debatable issue
can go to the voting both and have a chance to vote
for or against someone with the values you want to prevail.
The winner of that election won only because the candidate and
the majority of the people had the same values about the same
subject matters.
When a candidate says one thing to get elected and does the opposite
they are no longer worthy of our support. I believe in my heart that
Langevin lied and betrayed our trust when he voted for the health-care
bill which supports abortions. Also with his vote he took the position
that a number of our freedoms guaranteed to us under the Constitution
of the United States have been taken away from us and he was just fine
with that also.
In closing let me suggest three more reasons to vote him out in the
next election. First if you are a Democrat, vote against him because
he was not smart enough to hold out for some goodies for R.I. while
all other Democrats across the country took millions if not billions
of dollars in bribes or goodies for their states.
Secondly, if you are a Republican or an Independent that voted for
him in the past please remember he is now a full fledged card carrying
left wing progressive Democrat determined to turn America into
a Socialist nation. Thirdly, he held I think three town hall meetings
and pretended to listen to thousands of people that took time out of their lives
while all the time his mind was made up and he stated that in projo today
saying 30 years ago he made this promise to himself when all the stars aligned
he would do this. Again ,please remember, he did this in spite of what we the people wanted.

The Constitution of the United States was written on four sheets of parchment. If you count the Preamble and all 27 Amendments (remember there were originally only ten), it comes out to 20 typed pages. If you don’t count the signatures and amendments, you’ll have a document of 11 typed pages. No single Amendment is a full page. Many are only a single sentence in length. The First Amendment covers a multitude of freedoms: religion, press, assembly, speech, and the right to petition the government. It does it with only 45 words. Those original four sheets, about 4500 words, were good enough to serve as a document to govern a nation.

And the American taxpayers take the hit for Congress' generosity in burning three billion more of our dollars on failed experiments.
So with a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that "services" you shove down our throats are failing faster and faster, you want Americans to believe you can be trusted with a government-run health care system?

Well said.....The Surging Constitution
Wall Street Journal Contributing Editor Seth Lipsky is quoted over the weekend that America is in the midst of a “constitutional moment.” Americans are relying on the Constitution out of necessity. Many are now beginning to see the Constitution as the only means to check the gross excesses and abuses of politicians and government in general.
Mark Fitzgibbons, writing at American Thinker, notes that the loss of limited, constitutional government was fostered decades ago by the Supreme Court’s decision in Carolene Products, in which the court said federal legislation is “presumed” constitutional. Decades later, we see that this lack of holding Congress accountable has led to politicians either lacking constitutional acumen, or simply not caring.
In other words, the court’s failure to hold politicians to a higher standard has led to lower constitutional standards in legislation.
The current debate about Obamacare, with its mandate that all individuals must carry health insurance, provides some good examples of how Congress has lost any interest in understanding or articulating sound constitutional bases for their actions.
Should the standard of assessing the constitutionality of legislation be more rigid, since we must now conclude members of Congress are “Presumed Ignorant” when it comes to the Constitution? That seems to be at least part of what the Tea Parties and other surges of interest in the Constitution are about.
Irena Sendler
 There recently was a death of a 98 year-old lady named Irena. During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist. She had an 'ulterior motive'. She KNEW what the Nazi's plans were for the Jews (being German). Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger kids). 
She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto.
The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.
During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.
She was caught, and the Nazi's broke both her legs, arms and beat her severely.
Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out and kept them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard.
After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it and reunited the family.
Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.
Last year Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize.
She was not selected.

So tell me again, why do we need to pass the new healthcare bill again? Sounds like they're already getting what they need. What this tells me is that we have already lost our country because it is too late to turn this around.
Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas is a fairly famous institution and for a variety of reasons:
1. John F. Kennedy died there in 1963
2. Lee Harvey Oswald died there shortly after
3. Jack Ruby-who killed Lee Harvey Oswald, died there a few years later...by coincidence
On the flip side, Parkland is also home to the second busiest maternity ward in the country with almost 16,000 new babies arriving each year. (That's almost 44 per day---every day)
A recent patient survey indicated that 70 percent of the women who gave birth at Parkland in the first three months of 2006 were illegal immigrants. That's 11,200 anchor babies born every year just in Dallas
According to the article, the hospital spent $70.7 million delivering 15,938 babies in 2004 but managed to end up with almost $8 million dollars in surplus funding. Medicaid kicked in $34.5 million, Dallas County taxpayers kicked in $31.3 million and the feds tossed in another $9.5 million.
The average patient in Parkland is maternity wards is 25 years old, married and giving birth to her second child. She is also an illegal immigrant. By law, pregnant women cannot be denied medical care based on their immigration status or ability to pay.
OK, fine. That doesn't mean they should receive better care than everyday, middle-class American citizens. But at Parkland Hospital, they do. " Parkland Memorial Hospital has nine prenatal clinics. NINE.
The Dallas Morning News article followed a Hispanic woman who was a patient at one of the clinics and pregnant with her third child---her previous two were also born at Parkland. Her first two deliveries were free and the Mexican native was grateful because it would have cost $200 to have them in Mexico. This time, the hospital wants her to pay $10 per visit and $100 for the delivery but she was unsure if she could come up with the money. Not that it matters, the hospital won't turn her away. (I wonder why they even bother asking at this point.)
"How long has this been going on? What are the long-term effects?
Well, another subject of the article was born at Parkland in 1986 shortly after her mother entered the US illegally - now she is having her own child there as well. (That's right, she's technically a US citizen.)
These women receive free prenatal care including medication, nutrition, birthing classes and child care classes. They also get freebies such as car seats, bottles, diapers and formula.
Most of these things are available to American citizens as well but only for low-income applicants and even then, the red tape involved is almost insurmountable.
Because these women are illegal immigrants, they do not have to provide any sort of legitimate identification - no proof of income. An American citizen would have to provide a social security number which would reveal their annual income - an illegal immigrant need only claim to be poor and the hospital must take them at their word.
Parkland Hospital offers indigent care to Dallas County residents who earn less than $40,000 per year. (They also have to prove that they did not refuse health coverage at their current job. Yeah, the 'free' care is not so easy for Americans.)
There are about 140 patients who received roughly $4 million dollars for un-reimbursed medical care. As it turns out, they did not qualify for free treatment because they resided outside of Dallas County so the hospital is going to sue them! Illegals get it all free! But U.S. citizens who live outside of Dallas County get sued! How stupid is this?
As if that isn't annoying enough, the illegal immigrant patients are actually complaining about hospital staff not speaking Spanish. In this AP story, the author speaks with a woman who is upset that she had to translate comments from the hospital staff into Spanish for her husband. The doctor was trying to explain the situation to the family and the mother was forced to translate for her husband who only spoke Spanish. This was apparently a great injustice to her.
In an attempt to create a Spanish-speaking staff, Parkland Hospital is now providing incentives in the form of extra pay for applicants who speak Spanish. Additionally, medical students at the University of Texas Southwestern for which Parkland Hospital is the training facility will now have a Spanish language requirement added to their already jammed-packed curriculum. No other school in the country boasts such a ridiculous multi-semester (multicultural) requirement.
( Sorry for the length, but this needs wide circulation particularly to our "employees" in Congress.)
Remember that this is about only ONE hospital in Dallas, Texas. There are many more hospitals across our country that must also deal with this.

The ant and the grasshopper: 2009 Version
The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.
The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.
Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant
should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving.
MSNBC, CBS, NBC , PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper
next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.
America is stunned by the sharp contrast.
How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?
Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper and everybody cries when they sing,
'It's Not Easy Being Green.'
Acorn stages a demonstration in front of the ant 's house where the news stations film the group singing,
'We shall overcome.' Rev. Jeremiah Wright then has the group kneel down to pray to God for the grasshopper's sake.
Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid exclaim in an interview with Larry King that the ant
has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call for an immediate tax hike
on the ant to make him pay his fair share.
Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity & Anti-Grasshopper Act retroactive to the beginning of the summer.
The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs and,
having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the Government Green Czar.
The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing up the last bits of the ants food
while the government house he is in, which just happens to be the ant's old house,
crumbles around him because he doesn't maintain it.
The ant has disappeared in the snow.
The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident and the house, now abandoned,
is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the once peaceful neighborhood.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Be careful how you vote in 2010 & 2012
Dear President Obama:
I'm planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for my
health, and I would like to ask you to assist me.
We're planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico ,
and we'll need your help to make a few arrangements.
We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration
quotas and laws.
I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you
mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that I'm on my way over?
Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:
1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need,
whether I use them or not.
3. Please print all Mexican government forms in English.
4. I want my grandkids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking
(bi-lingual) teachers.
5 Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and
history.
6. I want my grandkids to see the American flag on one of the flag poles
at their school.
7. Please plan to feed my grandkids at school for both breakfast and
lunch.
8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access
to government services.
9 I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico , but, I don't plan to
purchase car insurance, and I probably won't make any special effort to
learn local traffic laws.
10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from
their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has
at least one English-speaking officer.
11 I plan to fly the U.S. . flag from my house top, put U S. flag decals on
my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th I do not want any
complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have
any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.
13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely
nice and never say critical things about me or my family, or about the
strain we might place on their economy.
14 I want to receive free food stamps.
15. Naturally, I'll expect free rent subsidies.
16. I'll need Income tax credits so although I don't pay Mexican Taxes,
I'll receive money from the government.
17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Gov't pays $ 4,500 to help me
buy a new car.
18. Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social
Security program so that I'll get a monthly income in retirement.
I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for
all his people who walk over to the U.S. from Mexico . I am sure that
President Calderon won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

 The United States government has direct ownership of almost 650 million acres of land (2.63 million square kilometers) – nearly 30% of its total territory. These federal lands are used as military bases or testing grounds, nature parks and reserves and indian reservations, or are leased to the private sector for commercial exploitation (e.g. forestry, mining, agriculture). They are managed by different administrations, such as the Bureau of Land Management, the US Forest Service, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the US Department of Defense, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Bureau of Reclamation or the Tennessee Valley Authority.This map details the percentage of state territory owned by the federal government. The top 10 list of states with the highest percentage of federally owned land looks like this:

The lowest-percentage states are mainly in the East, but some are also in the Midwest and in the South:

It would be more correct to state that the District of Columbia by default falls under the direct tutelage of the Federal Government.

Well, I want to make it clear to all who will listen that
I AM NOT uniting behind Obama !
I will respect the Office which he holds, and I will
acknowledge his abilities as an orator and wordsmith and pray for him, BUT
that is it.
I have begun to see what I can do to make sure that he is a
one-term President !
Why am I doing this ?
It is because:
- I do not share Obama's vision or value system for America ;
- I do not share his Abortion beliefs;
- I do not share his radical Marxist's concept of
re-distributing wealth;
- I do not share his stated views on raising taxes on
those who make $150,000+ (the ceiling has been changed three times since August);
- I do not share his view that America is Arrogant;
- I do not share his view that America is not a Christian Nation;
- I do not share his view that the military should be reduced by 25%;
- I do not share his view of amnesty and giving more to
illegals than our American Citizens who need help;
- I do not share his views on homosexuality and his
definition of marriage;
- I do not share his views that Radical Islam is our friend
and Israel is our enemy who should give up any land;
- I do not share his spiritual beliefs (at least the ones
he has made public);
- I do not share his beliefs on how to re-work the
healthcare system in America ;
- I do not share his Strategic views of the Middle East and
- I certainly do not share his plan to sit down with
terrorist regimes such as Iran .
Bottom line: my America is vastly different from Obama's,
and I have a higher obligation to my Country and my GOD to do what is Right

Open letter to political and social leaders at every level of government:
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established

while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the
forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses
and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design
to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is
their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards
for their future security."
As for Health Care Reform and Town Halls?
The underlying assumption by both major political parties is that
government at every level has the right to be involved in the private
lives of American citizens. The behaviors we've seen exhibited by both
political parties at these town hall events is their propensity for
ordering their fellow citizens around as if we were chattel. They've
been treating American citizens as if we were slaves, or serfs and
peasants, at best. You cannot honestly expect Americas of any ideology
or demographic to sit still for such abuse, can you? If you do expect
perfect submission to political authority in America, you prove that
you know nothing of the Spirit that is America, nor do you possess any
knowledge of its history.
What you and your colleagues around the nation have overlooked is
that the push-back you're getting on the issue is, at heart, about
getting government out of the private lives of American citizens.
Personally, I think the political class in America has over-reached
and has grossly under-estimated the American people. There are certain
principles of freedom which are virtually a part of our DNA. In
America, whatever the political party or ideology, there are certain
lines in the sand that Shall. Not. Be. Crossed. Health Care Reform in
America is not the issue or the bottom line. It is merely the final
straw. Americans are simply not going to take it any more.
The American people are speaking to you. Are you listening?
You, the political and social leaders of America have started that
which you have always claimed to fear or else claimed that it just
can't happen in America. The rhetoric and sophistry you've employed
for your own temporary and personal gain has gone too far. You, the
corrupt and dishonorable denizens of both political parties, have
inflamed the masses beyond forbearance. You insult them continually
and place economic, political and social burdens upon them which are
beyond the pale.
You've ignored your Oaths and you've ignored not only the founding
documents of this nation, but even principles upon which those
documents are founded. You've gotten rich, or have hoped to become
rich, on the backs of your fellow citizens. You've violated their
trust and you've spent their money like a drunken sailor on shore
leave. You demand ever more sacrifice from them in order to support
your personal addictions to greed, ambition and power. You demand that
they sacrifice their wages, their properties and their liberties so
that you can enjoy 'junkets' to exotic locations. You offer
invitations to parties and gatherings that only the corrupt and
powerful can afford to attend. You coddle our enemies and consort with
liars and thieves. You insult our friends and encourage violence
against them.
Americans all over the nation have said, "Enough!" Yet, you continue
to insult your fellow citizens at every turn and with every breath.
You use them, abuse them, steal from them, and then falsely accuse
them of the most heinous of crimes and deeds in a poor attempt to
cover for your own incompetence and sociopathic behaviors. Is it any
wonder that Americans are angry at you?
There is yet time to reconsider your positions. There is yet time to
change what you have said and done. There is yet time to stop the
violence that is now almost all but inevitable. It is a violence that
your own rhetoric, sophistry and deeds has engendered. You have one
last opportunity to prevent that which you have said in your hearts
can never happen in America. Use that opportunity wisely. Use it now,
while you still can...or as the social and political leaders of
America, the blood of tens of thousands, perhaps even millions, of
innocent Americans will be upon your heads. You have led us all to
this point in history. It is up to you to lead us away from it...if
you will.
As for those of you who affiliated with any political party or ideology, that
believes that government has any right whatsoever to do interfere with
the private lives of American citizens, whether you are Republican,
Democrat, liberal, conservative or even “other,” I have only one thing
to say to you:
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude
than the animating contest of freedom" go from us in peace. We ask not
your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you.
May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye
were our countrymen!"
The Next American Revolution is now upon us. You have one last,
desperate chance to turn this nation back from the brink of
annihilation and return to the principles and guidance contained
within the writings and the wisdom of the Founders of this nation.

ORDERING A PIZZA UNDER THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IF HE GETS ALL HIS AGENDA THRU CLICK THIS IS REALLY GOOD
On November 4, 2008, the American people elected, as their President, an individual who:
A Muslim group met in Chicago on Sunday to rail against the evils of capitalism and to promote Shariah law. Demonstrators gathered outside to protest the event, called the "Fall of Capitalism and Rise of Islam," while speakers inside rejected the very Constitution that protected their freedom to speak. In the meanwhile, the number of Shariah courts in Britain has been growing, and not all of the people using those courts are Muslim.
Hizb-ut Tahrir:
The Muslim group Hizb-ut Tahrir held a conference in the ballroom at the Hilton in Oak Lawn on Sunday to blame capitalism for much of the suffering on the earth, including World Wars I and II, world poverty, violence in Iraq and Afghanistan, and even inner city drug use. The conference included videos and lectures by various speakers, as well as question and answer sessions. Notably, men and women at the conference were segregated, with women stashed away in the back of the room to prevent, according to organizers, "people from behaving like animals."
HT itself is not on the US government's list of terrorist groups, and claims to be dedicated to non-violent reform. The group's goals include the restoration of Turkey's Caliphate, which was abolished in 1924 in favor of Western reforms. HT ultimately wants to see worldwide implementation of Shariah law and government control of major industries in order to cure the economic and social ills of the nations.
Conference deputy spokesman Mohammed Malkawi denied that the group associates with terrorists and declared that HT favored using politics to achieve its purposes. Yet, HT has been called a "conveyor belt for terrorists" because it has produced people like 9/ll mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and one-time Iraqi terrorist leader Abu Musab Zarqawi. Malkawi claims to promote non-violent change, yet he would not specifically condemn Al Qaida and the Taliban in an interview with WBBM-TV in Chicago.
The extent of Sunday's blame-capitalism montage went beyond just pointing out the causes of the subprime mortgage fiasco or world economic troubles. One speaker blamed capitalism for the fact that he smoked marijuana and his grandmother played the lottery, and another even credited capitalism with responsibility for Michael Jackson's desire "to shed his black skin." Keynote speaker Abu Talha argued that capitalists were liable for the world's poverty, hunger, and war. "It is time to deliver the world to Islam, an idea whose time has come," he said.
HT is free to gather and promote its ideas in the United States, but its activities have been banned in other countries. It is even considered a fringe group by other Muslims. "They remain on the margins of the community. They're not embraced by any of the mosques in Chicago, in fact as a matter of fact I don't believe they can pass out any of their literature in these mosques they have to pass them outside," said Ahmed Rehab, with the Council on American Islamic Relations.
The conference organizers managed to argue that even the tyrannical, oppressive behavior of Islamic nations was the fault of the US. Ironically, conference organizer Imam Jaleel Abdul Adil affirmed that he would willingly throw out the US Constitution in favor of Shariah – the very US Constitution that protects his freedom to criticize the US government.
Shariah In Britain:
Shariah courts already exist in England. Britain has a relatively large Muslim population, and according to the 1996 Arbitration Act, Islamic courts are legally binding for those who submit voluntarily to their adjudication.
In London, the Islamic Sharia Council has been making decisions on divorce cases for years. The Muslim Arbitration Tribunal (MAT) has been operating in London, Bradford, Birmingham, Coventry and Manchester to handle disagreements between businessmen and mosques. As many as 5 percent of those who are involved in MAT cases are not Muslims, and observers note that there is a "creeping" trend of Shariah acceptance in Britain.
One reason for turning to Muslim courts is their acceptance of oral agreements as binding. British courts may not be willing to enforce oral agreements between businessmen, but Islamic courts are. In a recent case, a non-Muslim man took his Muslim business partner to court over a dispute about the profits in their car fleet company. The non-Muslim argued that the Muslim had broken an oral agreement, and the court decided an agreement did exist and awarded the non-Muslim £48,000.
Shariah, though, doesn't stop at oral agreements. Sheikh Suhaib Hasan, who was instrumental in introducing the Islamic court system to Britain in 1982, recently told The Times that enforcing hard-line Shariah punishments would give Britain "more peace and security." Dr. Hasan said he had no desire to come in conflict with the British legal system, and would not push for or expect Islamic punishments for things like theft or knife-violence because Britain is not a Muslim country. Still, in his opinion, punishments like amputating the limbs of thieves would make Britain safer because they acted as strong deterrents against crime.
The slowly growing acceptance of Shariah is of great concern to those who love political and religious freedom, not to mention the rights of women. If a woman is raped, under Shariah in Pakistan, for instance, she has to find four male witnesses to testify in her favor, else the blame for the crime falls on her and she can be punished for "adultery."
"It puts a woman in such a position that even if she is raped, in the end she is left to face charges of adultery. It is next to impossible for a rape victim to produce four male witnesses. Nobody times the act to make sure that four men are present," says advocate Mehboob, who works at the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan in Lahore.
Public beheadings, stonings and floggings, amputations, and serious injustices toward women may not be the norm in Britain tomorrow, but these things are expected in countries under Shariah. The HT may promote Shariah as the cure for the world's ills, but the hard reality is that Shariah promotes the government's extreme control over a people, and we should all fear when its acceptance is allowed to "creep" in.

It’s a shame that our elected officials are selling out our Great Country for their own greed and benefits. Telling us one thing, and then doing opposite. One of the things that wears on people is, these bailouts, and stimulus packages that the citizens as tax payers are footing the bill for these big corporations, just to keep them from falling, makes one wonder why? We say, “Let them fail”. If this were you or I, we would have to put a lock on the door and call it quits. We would never see any help from our government. Our elected officials would rather give bailouts, and stimulus packages, with air marks inside, then attend to the American people. The Senators and House of Representatives are acting like terrorist, similar to the Taliban. They make and pass all these laws and bills, BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, without taken into consideration, who is going to be hurt now, and in the future. So “We The People” have to make a stand for our Constitution and Bill of Rights, because one day we will wake up and it will be gone! Our Governments knocking down the foundation our founding fathers forged. It’s time the people take back what is ours, our government! Elect statesmen and women that will represent us the people, rather then them the businesses. Let’s remove those in office now who are acting more for themselves then representatives of the American People

State Sovereignty Resolution
As you have now read, the 10th Amendment / State Sovereignty Resolution reasserts the state's sovereign position and demands that the federal government comply with the terms of the Constitution. What if the Federal Government chooses to ignore the demands of the Sovereign States?
As an example of what comes next, consider this: Field Marshall Rommel lost the African Campaign not because he was out-gunned or out-manned ; he ran out of gas! His mighty Panzer Division came to a halt for lack of fuel. The fuel line that runs to Washington is the steady stream of our tax dollars.
Now consider this: If you rent a house or apartment and your landlord doesn't comply with his end of the lease by fixing the plumbing or the furnace you can lawfully pay your rent to an escrow account and, therefore, force him to hold up his end of the contract.
Since the federal government has not complied with the terms of its contract (the Constitution) with us, then perhaps we can, with the assistance and under the direction of our states' legislatures, have any number of our taxes paid into a state administered escrow account. These types of taxes could be any combination of Federal Excise taxes, Income taxes, Social Security Taxes, etc., etc.
Simply stated, "Until you comply with your contract with the American People, the escrowed tax dollars will be held by the various states." Federal courts will not have jurisdiction in these matters as they are agents of the defaulting party - the Federal Government.

Madame Pelosi wasn't happy with the small private jet that comes with the Speaker's job, no, Madame Pelosi was aggravated that this little jet had to stop to refuel, so she ordered a Big Fat 200 seat jet that could get her back to California without stopping!
Since she only works 3 days a week, this gas guzzling jet gets fueled and she flies home to California , cost to the taxpayers of about $60,000, one way!
'Unfortunately we have to pay to bring her back on Monday night.' C2Cost to us another $60,000. Folks, that is $480,000 per month and that is an annual cost to the taxpayers of $5,760,000. No wonder she complains about the cost of this war, it might cramp her style and she is styling, on my back and yours.
I think of the military families in this country doing without and this woman, who heads up the most do-nothing Congress in the history of this country, keeps fueling that jet while doing nothing Madame Pelosi wants you and I to conserve our carbon footprint. She wants us to buy smaller cars and Obama wants us to get a bicycle pump and air up our tires.
These people are nuts.

There is a huge difference between the military enlisted oath and the officer oath of office.
The wordings of the current oath of enlistment and oath for commissioned officers are as follows:
Enlisted Oath
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).
Officer Oath -
"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)
As you can see, the officer does not swear to obey the orders of the President. We only have an obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic (for example, a Presidential Usurper).
Our forefathers were so brilliant to foresee a situation like we find ourselves in now. The officer oath is a safeguard to protect the Constitution against a corrupt elected government. Officers only have an obligation to defend the Constiution. Military officers have a lot of legal clout when it comes to Constitutional matters. The officer oath does not mention following the UCMJ laws as does the enlisted oath.
