Probably the worst one is this: A year from now you won’t be able to sell your house.
Yes, you read that right. The caveat is (there always is a caveat) that if you have enough money to make required major upgrades to your home, then you can sell it. But, if not, then forget it. Even pre-fabricated homes (”mobile homes”) are included.
Wow! Home owners take note & tell your friends and relatives who are home owners!!! Beginning 1 year after enactment of the Act, you won’t be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act. H.R. 2454, the “Cap & Trade” bill passed by the House of Representatives, if also passed by the Senate, will be the largest tax increase any of us has ever experienced. READ HERE |

Eleven Score and fourteen years ago, our for-fathers brought fourth upon this continent, a new Nation, conceived in Liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men and Created equal.
Now again, we are engaged in a great movement of We The People to keep intact this Nation, or any Nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.
We The People are met on a great battlefield, that battlefield being our own Capitol, our own Congress, and our own corrupt leaders. We The People are dedicated, will always remember, the final resting places of those who fought before us, and those who gave their lives that this Nation may live. It is all together fitting and proper that We The People, should do this, since our leaders in Washington and the President himself do not. They have forgotten and brushed aside the Great men and woman of this country and the blood they splilled for Freedom, Liberty, and Independence they themselves enjoy at the expensise of the people.
But, in a larger since we cannot dedicate, we can not consecrate, we can not hallow our Nations Capitol. The brave men and woman living and dead, past and present, who are now, this day struggling here to regain take back and elect new representation. To regain, take back, and restore, the Liberties, The Freedoms, The Constitution, The Allegience to the Flag, and the rule of law this Nation has long endured and lived by.
It is far above our power to add or detract. The world today will note and long remember what we say here. This Nation of We The People will never forget what our Founding Fathers did here.
It is now for us, the living, to rededicate here to new unfinished work. To stop which they, who now control our Congress and White House seek to destroy.
It is for us We The People, today to be dedicated to the great task remaining before us. That from these honored dead, from 1776 to present that those fighting for our Freedoms will not have all died in vein. That from these honored dead We The People take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave their last full measure of devotion. That this Nation, under God shall have a new birth of Freedom.
That this government of the people, buy the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. As those in Congress, and the White House today seem to want.
So the Battlefield now lies directly in front of us...
