War—mixed, solemn and imperfect

"Since March 19, 1933, the United States has been in a declared state of national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect, four presidentially proclaimed states of national emergency...A
majority of people in the United
States have lived all of their lives under
emergency rule. For 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed
by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought
into force by states of national emergency."

The "emergency" has never been terminated though it is periodically renewed. Under declared states of emergency, government suspends civil
authority to keep the peace martially—at gunpoint. Protections under the
Constitution have never been reinstated and none of us born since 1933 has
lived in constitutional America.

But the martial manner in which Americans have been governed predates the 1933 emergency by 16 years. On October 16, 1917, Congress passed the "Trading with the Enemy
Act"  which effectively categorized the American people as
"enemies" of the U.S.
government.

We can state with authority that the U.S. has been waging a relentless war on everything and everyone it deems
"enemies" since WWI. It even openly declares wars on various societal
issues such as racism, drugs, poverty, homelessness, illiteracy, domestic
violence, child abuse, teen pregnancy, sex and violence on TV...and terrorism.

I did not appreciate the full scope of the U.S. war on the universe until "Rudy from Texas" called into our Saturday morning
radio show "The American Activist" on Republic Broadcasting Network.
Rudy explained that he has had a lot of success lately showing the 93rd
Congress’ statement about our perpetual emergency and then discussing the
"wars" the U.S.
government has been waging on us. Rudy has found that, by establishing the link
between what the Senate under Nixon had to say about the national emergency and
the results of said emergency, previously unreachable people suddenly "get
it."

Regarding the list of the U.S. government’s wars on social problems, all of them have been lost—or have they?
The government is either batting a thousand or naught. But let us, for the sake
of illustration, list the U.S.
government’s "undeclared" wars on Americans:

The war on constitutionally-protected rights, freedoms and civil liberties.

The war on private property rights.

The war on private property owners.

The war on non-corporate family farms.

The war on small businesses.

The war on citizen solvency.

The war on American ingenuity.

The war on the souls, brains and bodies of infants, children, adults and seniors.

The war on families.

The war on historical/scientific truth.

The war on water and air quality.

The war on the natural order.

The war on ( ) fill in the blank.

The U.S. government is actively enforcing a comprehensive array of policies that all have one thing in common: War. War is raging against just about everything that moves or
stands still—both temporal and spiritual. The war is transgenerational,
multi-directional and unilateral: Air, land and sea, young and old, rich and
poor, black/white/brown/yellow and red, plants and animals, microscopic life,
molecules, atoms and subatomic particles. The war is also raging against the
peoples of other countries. The U.S.
government is even plotting the fighting of wars from and in space.

Of the many definitions of war found in Black’s Law Dictionary (4th edition), including "perfect" war (which is when one whole nation is at war with another
whole nation), two stand out as the types of war the U.S. government is waging
on everything: "mixed" and "solemn."

Mixed war:A mixed war is one which is made on one side by public authority, and on the other by mere private persons. ~Black’s 4th edition

Solemn war: A war made in form by public declaration.

The Oxford Universal Dictionary (1955) applies the definition of war "...to any kind of active hostility or contention between living beings or of conflict between opposing
forces or principles."

Look around you. We can agree that U.S. policy enforcers are busy, but name one environmental ailment that U.S. government
policy has healed. Name one social problem that U.S. policy has solved. Name one
economic indicator that U.S.
policy has improved. Name one public health concern that U.S. policy has
"cured." Name one foreign relation that U.S. policy has strengthened. Name
one nation of people whose lives have been helped by U.S. policy. In case I have left
out some category, name one condition of any kind anywhere in the universe that
has been improved by U.S.
policy.

My guess is that you may be able to scribble down a thing or two, but you will only have to cross them out later because, when you think about it, in every instance, U.S.
policies that seemed to be good at the time eventually make problems worse than
they were at the moment the U.S. government began "waging war" on
them.

So, now let’s fill out the other side of the equation: We shall begin naming conditions that have worsened under the armed authority of U.S. policy:

The American people are experiencing more acute illnesses, suffering more chronic illnesses, becoming increasingly psychologically imbalanced, weaker, fatter, lazier and
emotionally distraught; their babies are being born with physiological and
neurological defects; their government-inspected-and-approved food, water and
medicine is contaminated, adulterated, genetically-modified, non-nutritive and
increasingly poisonous; their schools are raising self-obsessed, amoral,
system-dependent dupes incapable of independent thought; their employment
futures have been outsourced, the cost of everything is going up (or the value
of their money is going down), credit cards enslave them and one in 32 are
either in prison, on probation or on parole; anger and frustration are growing
apace with political disenfranchisement and hopelessness.

Environmentally, U.S. commerce policy promotes the dumping of every chemical, metal and radioactive toxin available into the air and sea and upon the lands of every nation; promotes
perpetual armed global conflict and the ruthless exploitation of resources.

Globally, the U.S. is seeking to control the world economy, control the distribution of natural resources and there is no cost in terms of money, human life, animal
life, plant life, or environmental degradation that is too high of a price to
pay; I hear "space junk" orbiting the earth is becoming a problem.

Solemn, mixed and imperfect, the U.S. is at war. Congress said so in 1973 and the fact is truer today because the
wars it is declaring and waging—both covertly and overtly—are more numerous and
expansive now than they have ever been.

Now that we know the U.S. government is merely the modern incarnation of a transgenerational
"intelligence" waging total war on the universe and everything in it,
our options as commoners become fewer and better defined. For instance, we no
longer have to waste our time in the political process hoping to help inbred,
blood-lined, psychopaths to become kinder, gentler warmongers. All we have to
do is convince the opposite of "them" (us) to understand we should
all be mad as hell and unwilling to take it anymore. May God be with us as we
