Pandemrix, a bird flu containing vaccine from GlaxoSmithKline, could be cleared by the European Medicines Agency for use against the novel H1N1 swine flu virus. The EMEA’s justification is that Pandemrix is a "pandemic influenza vaccine."
Pandemrix is known to possess an especially lethal form of the bird flu; it is the same form that was used by Baxter when it contaminated 72 kilos of vaccine material in Austria. They have not been clear on exactly how a bird flu vaccine will fight against "swine flu." The biggest danger involved with this plan of action, however, is the fact that injecting the population with the bird flu virus could potentially be the catalyst of a bird flu pandemic.

According to the report, the DOD has been preparing for an influenza pandemic for several years now and has large stockpiles of gowns, gloves, masks, needles, and some 8 million antiviral treatments.
Many options are on the table in regards to dealing with the upcoming flu season and the presence of swine flu. The one option that is eerily possible is the unwarranted implementation of martial law. The military has established regional deployment locations across the US in preparation for civil unrest amidst a significant H1N1 outbreak this fall. I guess these kinds of preparations make sense in order to give some semblance of credibility to all of the fear mongering going on around the swine flu. Death tolls are "predicted" to be around 90,000 people from the virus; other predictions include the infection of up to half the entire US population.
The declaration of martial law is a free pass for overall control of the US population. The new regulations at hand even permit the quarantine of citizens that do not even have or carry the virus, as well as anyone who refuses to get vaccinated – regardless of the known dangers of the novel H1N1 vaccine. One new addition from these extreme measures being taken is the National Civilian Community Corps, formed under the Serve America Act. The NCCC is said to "combine the best practices of civilian service with the best aspects of military service." This aspect of the Serve America Act seems to me to be the formation of the swine flu storm troopers, or the H1N1 SS.

US Confirms Invasion, Won't Say Why

Though without any concrete information about what the American military actually intends to do in Somalia it will be difficult to speculate about the size and scope of the invasion, with roughly 200,000 soldiers committed to Iraq and Afghanistan (and more escalations on the way in the later) it seems hard to imagine the nation is looking to commit to yet another long-term occupation.
